Terms of Service
Version 1 · Effective October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and 3D Printing Builds, LLC (“3D Printing Builds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. They govern your use of https://3dprintingbuilds.com (the “Site”) and everything you buy or download from us.
We create and sell digital STL files, memberships, commercial licenses, and educational content for the 3D printing community. We’re the creator and seller of what’s offered here — not a marketplace for other sellers.
We’ve written these Terms in plain language so you know what to expect when you use our Site or buy from us.
Effective Date: 6/26/2026
Version: 2.1
1. Agreement to These Terms
By using the Site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
A few related documents are part of this agreement and apply alongside these Terms:
Document — What It Covers
Privacy Policy — Explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
License Agreement — Explains how you may use the designs you download.
Refund Policy — Explains refunds, cancellations, and billing.
Where these Terms touch on those topics, they do so at a high level and point you to the document that contains the full details.
2. Who Can Use the Site
To buy from us or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you’re using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Your Account
To access memberships, downloads, and other features, you’ll create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential and your account secure.
- Let us know promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for your own use — sharing an account, or the files accessed through it, isn’t permitted.
We may suspend or close an account if the information provided is false or if these Terms are broken.
4. What We Sell
Everything we sell is digital and delivered through your account. This includes:
Product — Description
Digital Design Files — Digital files such as STL files for 3D printing.
Memberships — Subscriptions that provide ongoing access and benefits.
Commercial Licenses — Allow you to sell physical prints made from our designs.
Educational Content — Courses and resources about 3D printing and selling printed products.
Because these are digital products, you receive access rather than a physical item.
5. Memberships and Download Credits
Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Your membership may include download credits and other benefits, which you use to download files from the Site. The specific benefits and number of credits are described at the time you purchase or on your account dashboard.
A Few Things to Know About Memberships
Renewals
Your membership renews and your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment is declined, we may pause access to members-only content until the payment issue is resolved. We’ll try to reach you to help fix it.
New Releases
Membership gives you access to our platform and the content available to your plan. We work hard to release new designs regularly, but we don’t promise a specific number of new files in any given period.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund past payments. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Licenses to Use Our Designs
When you download a design, you’re receiving a license to use it — not ownership of it. We keep all rights to our designs except for the specific permissions granted by your license.
- A Personal License applies by default, allowing personal, non-commercial use.
- Commercial Licenses are available (and may be included with certain memberships) for selling physical prints you make from our designs.
The full terms — including what each license allows, the different commercial tiers, and what’s prohibited — are set out in our License Agreement, which controls in any case involving the use of our designs.
At a high level, you may not share, resell, redistribute, or upload the digital files themselves, and you may not reproduce our designs through mass-manufacturing methods (such as molding, casting, or CNC) except under a license that specifically permits it.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Site and everything on it — including our designs, images, text, branding, and the 3D Printing Builds name and logo — are owned by 3D Printing Builds, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your use of the Site itself is for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may not copy, republish, or distribute our content without our permission. Your use of any designs you download is governed by your License Agreement, whose terms always control what you may do with those designs — including any commercial rights it grants.
Designs Inspired by Popular Themes
Some of our designs are original works that may be thematically inspired by genres, styles, or trends found in popular media. They’re not official, licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by any studio, brand, franchise, or rights holder, and any resemblance is incidental. You’re responsible for making sure your use or sale of items made from our designs complies with the copyright, trademark, and other laws that apply to you.
Content You Submit
If you submit content to us — such as reviews, comments, images, or community posts — you confirm you have the right to do so, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content to operate and promote our Site, products, and community. You keep ownership of what you submit. We may remove user content at our discretion.
8. Orders and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. When you make a purchase or start a membership, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the amount shown, including recurring charges for memberships until you cancel.
Payment Information — Details
Payment Processors — Stripe, PayPal, and WooCommerce Payments.
Card Information — We don’t process card details ourselves. Payment information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Taxes — You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where required.
9. Refunds
Because our products are digital and access is delivered immediately, digital products and memberships are generally non-refundable.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your billing date. If you think you’ve been charged in error, contact us and we’ll look into it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or upload our digital files, or share your account access.
- Copy or reproduce our designs except as your license allows.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other accounts.
- Use bots or other automated means to access or overload the Site, or attempt fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (such as testing payment cards).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
11. Educational Content and Results
Our courses and educational content are provided for general information and education. They share strategies and ideas, but we don’t guarantee any particular income, sales, or business results — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances.
For more detail about earnings expectations and business results, please see our Earnings Disclaimer.
12. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers for things like payments, hosting, security, analytics, and advertising, and the Site may link to third-party websites. We don’t control those third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy. How third-party analytics and advertising relate to your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You’re responsible for the safety and quality of any physical items you produce from our designs, and for making sure they meet any standards or regulations that apply to you. Because we provide digital files and can’t control how they’re printed, you’re also responsible for your own printer, materials, print settings, and assembly, and for confirming that what you make is suitable for its intended use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Printing Builds, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3D Printing Builds, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our designs or the Site, your commercial activities involving our designs, your violation of intellectual-property or other laws, or your breach of these Terms. This obligation continues after your account or license ends.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account or access if you breach these Terms or our License Agreement, or to protect the Site and our customers. You can stop using the Site at any time.
If your access ends, you must stop using our designs as described in the License Agreement. The sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — continue to apply.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Let’s Try to Resolve It Directly First
If you have a concern, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
Arbitration
If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and 3D Printing Builds agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida (or remotely, at our shared convenience), rather than in court, except as noted below.
Class-Action Waiver
You and 3D Printing Builds agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or member of any class or representative action.
Exceptions
Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek an injunction to protect intellectual property.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
